Q How far are you from the airport?
A We are adjacent to the Portland International Jetport (PWM) and within walking distance - .1 mile, 95 miles from Manchester Boston Regional Airport (MHT), 103 miles from Logan International Airport (BOS) and 134 miles from Bangor International Airport (BGR).
Q Do you have Internet access?
A Yes, we have complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi Internet throughout the hotel and wired in all guest rooms.
Q What are your check in and check out times?
A Check in is at 3PM, and check out is at 12 noon.
Q Do you allow late check outs?
A Yes, for a fee - $50.00 between 12PM-3PM. After 3PM the full room rate applies.

A We accept VS,MC,AX,DS,DC & Cash.
Q What is the minimum age requirement to rent a room?
A You must be 21 to rent a room.
Q How many people can I have in my room?
A It depends on the room, between 4 and 5 people total. Please call for details.
Q Is there an extra charge for additional guests?
A The charge for additional guests is $10 per person.
Q Do you have smoking rooms?
A Yes, there are 2 smoking rooms on property. One is a king bed and the other is 2 full size beds. Inquire in advance.
Q What is your cancellation policy?
A Your stay can be cancelled until 4 pm on the day of arrival on a standard reservation.
Q Are there restrictions?
A Some rates have further restrictions, please call for details.
Q Do you provide cribs, cots or rollaway beds?
A Playpens can be provided on request at no additional charge. Cots can be provided for an additional $10 per stay.
Q Do you have special rates for AAA or seniors?
A Yes, the discount varies seasonally and averages 5% off of standard room rates.
Q Do you have a restaurant and lounge?
A Yes. The Great American Grill is open for breakfast and dinner daily. Breakfast is served from 6AM-10AM during weekdays and 6:30-11AM on Saturday and Sunday. Dinner is served from 5PM-11PM daily with room service 5-10PM daily. The Pavilion lounge is open daily from 5-11PM.
Q Do you have a pool?
A Yes. Our heated indoor pool includes 1 whirlpool and sun deck.
Q Are pets allowed in the hotel guest rooms?
A Yes, the Hilton Garden Inn Portland Airport is a dog friendly hotel and welcomes your little buddy as a member of your family. All pets will require a $50 non-refundable deep cleaning fee. Service animals are also always welcome in our accessible guestrooms.
Q Do you have on-site parking?
A Yes, well lit on-site parking is complimentary for an overnight stay. Extended parking is available for a fee. You MUST book our park and fly package to park for a longer duration that your stay.
